Gulf Oil and Certas Energy’s support was pivotal in establishing Sterling Petroleum’s credibility. Theepan’s transformative vision led to significant investments, upgrading forecourts and services. Despite a top-heavy staffing structure, Sterling Petroleum’s recent acquisition in Nottingham demonstrates agility and seamless expansion, acquiring 3 sites within 2 months. Theepan’s story highlights resilience and strategic decision-making, positioning Sterling Petroleum as a notable player in the competitive petrol retailing industry.

FP&A Manager
Mithushan Stanislas, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III Candidate and chartered accountant (ACCA) with over three years of experience, joined Sterling Petroleum in September 2023 as the Accountant cum FP&A Manager. His expertise in investment research, corporate finance, and valuation spans diverse markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Maldives.
